our product

Whether it is the materials we use or the process we follow, our focus is always on the quality of the finished holds.  Check out below to learn how we work toward this pursuit.

Our Materials

We utilize a polyurethane resin that has been specifically formulated for climbing holds.  This results in market leading durability, incredible strength, and lighter weight holds then other materials on the market.

We also use high grade steel in our bolt washers giving each hold a strong base for a secure fit to the wall.  Additionally, we incorporate metal countersunk washers to reinforce all anti-spin screw holes to extend the lifespan of each hold.

Our Process

Unlike many other manufacturers in the market who outsource the pouring of their holds, we own the entire development and production process. This includes hand carving all of our shapes, developing our own silicone molds, and ultimately hand pouring all of our polyurethane onsite.

This process ensures our specific expectations are met every step of the way.

Our Quality

We ensure our product is of top quality and we go above and beyond in that pursuit.  We design and produce all of our holds according to the highest industry standards and follow a process supported end to end with comprehensive quality controls.

We have also independently validated our product by having holds pass strength and quality tests conducted by the industry recognized leader in climbing hold testing, TUV SUD.

Our Feel

The texture of our holds is truly unique, and largely a result of the foams we source.  There is a fine balance between having enough texture to provide solid friction and having such a gritty texture that your hands get shredded after a single session.  We tested numerous foams and specifically selected the products we work with because the superior feel is clearly translated to the finished hold.  The result is unparalleled texture and feel.
