Returns

If you would like to return or exchange your order we will work to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

• Only items purchased directly from Odd Adaptation can be returned

• You must submit your return request within 14 days of the receipt of your order

• Products must be undamaged.  If the product was damaged upon receipt please include photos of the damage when completing the return form.

• Please include any accessories that were part of your order with your return

• Utilize the return shipping label that was included with your order

• We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon your original payment method

• Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process
